We had an amazing experience with Discovery building our dream cottage. From the first time we met Kirk Figuera, we knew that we had found the right partner to design our cottage. Kirk listened to what we were looking for and presented us options that fit what we were looking for. The design process was very exciting - Shawn really understood our vision and designed exactly what we wanted. They then recommended a builder and we could not be more pleased with working with Kevin and Cody Mills. They really made the building process enjoyable - we were very pleased with the partnership and quality of work. Overall an amazing experience - would do it all over again with the same dream team!

For a first timer at designing a custom home/cottage, Shawn Hunter and his design team made it very easy for me! With the help of their 3-D program, DDH salesman Kirk Figueira and builder Kevin Mills, I was able to make all the changes that I wanted from the original plan that I liked. Everything was completed in a timely manner. For the few problems that arose during the construction process, DDH was there to make everything Right! No Hassle! I absolutely love my DDH cottage and all my guests have enjoyed it as well. It is exactly what I wanted! Special thanks to Cody Mills for constructing this dream cottage for my family.
